Cancellation, Refund, and Reschedule Policy

  1. There are NO refunds and payments are non-transferable.

  2. All payments are final and under no circumstance will they be refunded. If you would rather reschedule your appointment, click the link located in the initial email confirmation you received and follow the directions. Please note, appointments CANNOT be rescheduled if the date and time has already passed or the scheduled appointment is less than 24 hours away.

  3. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF SERVICES BOOKED


Late Policy

  1. Please note that the grace period of 15 minutes is a courtesy and may not be honored depending on the arrival time. I do stress that you

please be on time.

2. After 15 minutes with no prior notice given, the appointment will be canceled. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

3. Salon guests that do not show up for their appointment and fail to cancel will be charged 100% of services booked.


New Client Policy

If you are a first-time guest, have not visited the salon in 1 year or more, or if you do not have a booking profile set up with the salon, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK AND ATTEND A NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION BEFORE ANY SERVICES ARE RECEIVED. At your consultation appointment, we will book your next appointment and 50% of your next visit will be due at that time. Please note, if you bypass the consultation and book an appointment other than the consultation, you will NOT be refunded and payments are non-transferable. NO EXCEPTIONS! 


In-Salon Policy

  1. There is a 24-hour period after services are rendered to express dissatisfaction. Once notification has been acknowledged via email, a correction appointment will be scheduled. Any notification of dissatisfaction after the initial 24-hours will be acknowledged, however, any corrections made will incur a fee.

  2. NO KIDS OR GUESTS ALLOWED!

  3. NO FOOD OR PETS ALLOWED!

  4.  Please note that there may be some video recording and/or pictures taken during appointments that would be for marketing and social media promotional use only and by booking with BeautiByVee you acknowledge and give full consent of having photos and/or videos used.


Please note that by booking with BeautiByVee, means that you have read the policies, agree, understand, and accept ALL terms and conditions listed. BeautiByVee has the right to refuse services for any salon guest not willing to abide by salon policies.



BeautiByVee Accepted Forms Of Payments


  • BeautiByVee accepts all Major Credit and Debit Cards, Cash, PayPal, and Venmo.

  • BeautiByVee also offers AfterPay. I do not accept checks, CashApp, or any other third party payments. If you would like to know more about AfterPay installment pay, email me at vee@beautibyvee.com or text me at (504) 300-8282. Please allow me 24-48 hours to respond to your call or text.


Service Fee Policy

To maintain the quality and consistency of services provided, a 4% service fee is included with all salon service transactions.

This fee assists with business and operational costs necessary to continue delivering a professional and well-managed salon experience.

The fee is automatically applied at checkout and is non-refundable.

Appointment Rescheduling Policy

Appointment Rescheduling Policy *

Effective immediately, clients are permitted to reschedule their appointments up to 2 times ONLY! Please note that the appointment must be rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment DATE and TIME. Failing to do so, will result in forfeiting any payments made towards said appointment. Appointments under these conditions are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
