Refund Policy

BeautiByVee does not offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

Refunds will only be considered in cases where BeautiByVee is at fault (incorrect item shipped, damaged item upon arrival with proof).

Approved refunds are processed to the original form of payment.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
